You can start off with which ever amount of fish that financially benefits you. Fish can be couriered to you on byers cost however we do have distribution points where you can collect your fish at a given time.
Fish are provided to you frozen. You pay for fresh weight not frozen weight seeing it has been weighed before frozen.
All fish are cleaned, descaled, and de-finned. So, it is ready to be pan fried, baked or steamed.
